Dan is the man! I recently purchased my first home with his assistance. His patience and positive attitude helped me along the way. Dan also kept me informed and is always early for appointments. “Dan and Bri are the team!!!! They made the process a quick and easy sale of our home. Dan was always polite and efficient in dealing with us but best of all he listened to his customer. He listened to us and offered his input but in the end he’d give us his thoughts and executed our wishes in selling our home for us. Hardest part of it all was to leave a place we called home for 19 years. Bri was the BEST to work with on the phone if we had to communicate with someone. The whole process was completed in two weeks and all we had to do was respond to the emails. When it came to the closing we had already moved from the area and were worried about having to travel back to Fargo to complete the sale process. Dan said no problem. We will set it up to complete thru the Title Company located close to where you are moving. We got in contact with Bri and that is the way it happened. We didn’t even have to come to their office to sign any documents. Everything was easy peasy. Most realtors will take the full 3% no matter how much work you do. James Patrick realizes that 3% is an incredible amount for sometimes a small amount of work. Honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and a value that is unmatched. James Patrick Real Estate is a game changer. If your looking for a no B.S. real estate agent you need to talk to them. I have worked with many of the big real estate companies in the Fargo Moorhead area, either as a buyer or seller and all of them left me very disappointed. After my previous experiences I saw little value in the real estate service as a whole until I was referred to the great people at James Patrick. When listing our last house my wife and I trusted and followed all of their advice like replacing the entry doors. We staged it using their advice and paid for professional pictures like they advised. The end result was a full price offer within 24 hours. The night it showed up on the MLS there was literally a line of people waiting to get in the door to see it. To get that result a lot needed to line up, but one of the biggest contributing factors was trusting James Patrick Real Estate.
